New energy and smart home products · North American market entry
Aurumstar Cross-Border Research Institute is built on three established business operations: Tenon Trading (To B), Aurumstar Elite (To C), and Aurumstar Warehouse Platform. These cover channel distribution to national distributors, retail chains and specialty stores; sales and service for local consumers; and warehousing and delivery that support product flow.
All three operations have developed their own software management systems and achieved business results, providing practical experience for the Institute’s market-entry partnerships.
We work with manufacturers of new energy and smart home products to enter North American markets through offline channels, collaborating throughout market adaptation, channel development, sales, delivery and after-sales service.
01
Serving manufacturers and coordinating our operations
Externally, the Institute is a service platform and a single point of contact for manufacturers seeking local market-entry partnerships. We coordinate local resources and plan and advance the work together, taking into account each manufacturer’s products, stage of development and market objectives.
Internally, the Institute develops and coordinates the systems across our three business operations, connecting business development, product selection, channels, delivery and after-sales service. Through a shared partnership interface, we bring in suitable manufacturers and products, then involve the relevant operations according to product positioning and channel needs.
Customer needs, sales performance and user feedback from the market are brought together through the Institute to inform product selection and improvements, and to support future operations.

02
Focused on new energy and smart home market entry
We focus on new energy and smart home products, studying market adaptation and local market-entry approaches in the context of how products are sold and used.
Research runs through our business practice: identifying suitable customers and channels; finding gaps in configuration, installation, documentation and service; and assessing improvements through sales and delivery. This helps develop products and operating approaches suited to the local market.
03
Collaboration centered on offline channels
Offline channel development is our primary route to market. Depending on the product, we connect with major retailers, specialty stores, regional distributors, and installation and service partners.
Collaboration can begin with a market assessment, product adaptation or a small-scale sales trial, and progress based on feedback. For manufacturers already selling online, we help prepare the product, pricing, delivery and service arrangements required by offline channels. For those new to North America, we explore suitable entry channels and a practical rollout pace together.
We connect the stages of market entry: channel development with inventory planning, sales commitments with delivery support, and customer feedback with ongoing product and service improvements.

Warehousing and delivery
The platform serves customers across commercial warehouses, home-based warehouses, owned warehouses and consignment warehouses. These include one commercial warehouse and multiple home-based warehouses operating independently. They handle warehousing, order fulfillment, drop shipping, returns and product flow, supporting channel supply, local sales and after-sales operations.
Together, these three business operations form the Institute’s practical foundation. Through systems development and business coordination, the Institute brings their capabilities into individual partnerships, helping manufacturers build channels, delivery and service systems for sustained local operations. The combined capabilities support To B, To C and warehousing and logistics throughout the process, both for our own operations and for commercial services to partners.
